PRIVATE EQUITY
Our Private Equity (PE) operations involve investments in businesses or assets not listed on public securities markets, pursued through private equity funds which are collective investments via capital from our own stakeholders as primary investors. We use the capital to acquire equity ownership stakes in private companies or even public companies.

CONVERTIBLE DEBT
Our Convertible Debt option is a hybrid financing instrument that combines features of both debt and equity. It is essentially a loan or bond that can, at a later stage and under certain pre-defined conditions, be converted into equity (ownership shares) in the company. This is one of our most popular capital options, particularly for startups and early-stage companies, for raising capital without immediately valuing the company or diluting ownership.

FINANCING
Our Structured Financing program is a specialized approach to obtaining capital that addresses unique and often complex financial needs, especially when conventional financing options fall short. It involves tailoring financial instruments and services to the specific requirements of a business or project, leveraging assets and implementing strategies to manage and distribute financial risk effectively.

PUBCO PLACEMENT
This is a unique, yet proven success in our portfolio of capital options, whereby we merge the elements of Private Equity, Convertible Debt and Structured Finance into very attractive alternative for investors and lenders to place their capital within the public company, have convertible debt as the method of transaction and then be able to exit onto the public markets, in many cases with significantly higher returns than standard debt or equity structures.
