USx Capital is a global private equity firm that administers several funds run by experienced and skilled Wall Street-based (former Hedge Fund managers) who are hired to reduce risk, regardless of how the market performs.

USx Capital manages and appropriates approximately $39.9 billion of its own money (from its parent company, US Capital Group, a Dēi Machina Holdings company) via an investment trust and does not manage outside client funds. As a private fund, (classified as a high-risk investment vehicle), that uses traditional and speculative strategies to earn high-yield returns, the USx Capital Equity Fund uses a fee structure called 2 and 20 to determine its profitability in managing it's funds. The two refers to a 2% annual management fee that is paid out of Dēi Machina's "Investments Under Management" (IUM). Our Private Equity Fund earns income by charging a Management Fee and a Performance Fee, typically run 2% and 20% of IUM.
